I was supposed to start OSUT today but I was unable to configure the radio and the "Configure Addons" button in the keybind options was present but not functional, looking for a solution

I believe CBA is the system that is utilized for configuring addon bindings, the first step is to make sure you are running CBA for sure (it is pretty easy to forget in your launcher, I have done it multiple times.) and that it is the first item in your load order before all other mods. Let me know if the problem persists.
