mods downloading to Google drive

Hi guys i am trying to download the Mods to my computer so they can be extracted but they keep going into google drive and i cannot move them to a folder on my computer so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.
 
Use the top right download button, that looks like an arrow pointing down into a bracket. Not the blue button that is center.
