Need help in finding out what is wrong with mods/loadout

I am hoping to see if someone can help me figure out what is going wrong with the mods I need for the training classes etc. or if I still messed up the load order or what.
I used the files that was given in the welcome message. So that is where I got the files from none should be from steam or armaholic

I have a screenshot of my launcher with how the mods are loaded if that helps but I am not sure how to post it in this message :-\

any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
 
Your application was accepted three months ago. Our mods have changed multiple times since then. You will need to re-apply and get a new "welcome aboard" message.
