Not seeing other members

I have reinstalled TeamSpeak. I have my tags and that, but I don't see any other people in TeamSpeak unless I'm in the group,, example -- Havoc 1-1-B,,, but any other group I don't see any one.  What do I need to do?
 
You need to subscribe to the channels - e.g. right click on "1st Platoon, Alpha Company" and click on "Subscribe to Channel Family" - and repeat this process up and down the line until all the channel icons show the subscribed variant of the icon.

Edit: Or you can use the subscribe toggle on the top toolbar (it's beside mute speakers for me) and click that a few times until it says "Current: Subscribe All"
 
If I may interject, you can also just select the "eye" which allows you to subscribe/unsubscribe to all channels that you have subscription power to, which is every channel. My theme is different, but you should have almost the same similar icon.
