Question about mods

I downloaded all the mods like the video told me to. However, when I try to load certain mods such as PROMODS Maps, 506th Modpack, and 506th ACE, it does not show on the mod list on the Arma 3 launcher. The mods are in the correct folder. Is this fine?

You need to add the mods to the launcher. On the mods tab, at the top, there is a "add local" button. Click that, go to your mod folder, add a mod, repeat until all are added.
