Question about operations

Hi i'm new and i would like to ask about the time and days you do operations since i'm from Europe and there's quite a big time difference with North America
 
Task force Alpha and Bravo do Sundays, Task Force Charlie do Saturdays, Briefing for operations is at 1900EST.

I am in the UK so Briefing begins at 12am and the operations usually end at 3-3:30am.
