Recruit Training server mod level 1.52 or 1.54 for 02Jan2016 training?

Should recruits attending training still rollback to 1.52, or should they be at the current 1.54 update level?

I see the Phase I post stating to rollback to 1.52 to use the Recruit Training server:

And I see the notes on some of the mods in the Recruit Mod Depot as of 30 Dec stating the mods have been updated, along with other posts mentioning v1.54, e.g.:
