ShackTac compass mod compatibility?

Is the ShackTac Compass mod compatible with the 506th mods?
Should I download it from Steam,Moddb or other?
I have seen the streamers use it and I was wondering how they got it working :)

PV1 Barbato,

As a PV1 going through OSUT you are not permitted to use any additional mods, only those provided by your recruiter and confirmed by your Recruit Instructor.
Once you have passed OSUT you will get access to a part of the forum called the armoury, within this you will find links to copies of our custom Client-Side optional mods. One of which is a customised version of ShackTac, however, as stated you will only get access to these after you have completed OSUT.
