[Solved] ACE Error (Missing file)

I am having a problem with ACE in that when I try to load into a single player world I get this message: ACE Error  File ace_fcs.dll is not installed. The world than loads a few seconds later but all the letters and symbols in ACE are missing. I checked manually and the file is there. I have tried reinstalling and creating an exception in my antivirus to no avail. This only started yesterday when I updated the pack. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I figured out that it was Battleye interfering with my mods and disabling it has fixed the problem.
