Steam Arma 3 is in Upgrade mode to Version 2.10

The version of Arma 3 for new recruits is 2.08, but Steam is in update mode for 2.10.  So do I use 2.08 or 2.10.
Based on initial orders I would stick with 2.08 as you may not have compatibility tested 2.10 with the 506thIR modset. Right?

Generally once your fully in, we would allow Arma to update and only downgrade if ordered to do so by Command.
