Hey guys, was curious if anyone can take some time out of there day to teach me how to stream, I’m in the process of building a new computer and I’m almost done with but want to learn how to stream before I get the new build done, I downloaded OBS last night and was playing around with but cant figure it out, any help would be appreciated.

Until someone here replies (I don't stream, only record so I'm afraid I can't help) - just try searching "OBS [version # you are using] streaming tutorial " on Youtube.  There are lots of video tutorials available that walk you through the best settings for streaming with OBS and how to actually start streaming.  There's one guy who basically does a new tutorial with every version release so he's really got it down in terms of quickly and efficiently teaching you the process. Unfortunately I can't remember his Youtube handle but I bet with a little searching you can find somebody you like.

And congrats on the new PC!
 
I don't know either how to stream with OBS. Haven't done it yet myself. Only record with it. I know there are some who stream also with OBS so just wait for them to reply on this thread.
