Teamspeak: Could set avatar as RCT but unable to as PV1

As the title says, I was able to set my avatar in Teamspeak as a RCT, but after recruit training, I no longer can. Bug or intentional maybe?

I believe it's unintentionally intentional, if that makes sense lol
It was the same for me, but as soon as I got to PV2 after OSUT I was able to again. I believe it is a setting for PV1's to not have that access, however it's not specially turned off for RCT's.

And to be honest, it's not the end of the world  ;)
 
Forum profiles should not be touched by anyone other than S-1 personnel.  If you need something on your profile changed, you need to contact an appropriate S-1 clerk.
