TeamSpeak server groups and stuff

Who do I talk to, to get my permissions and groups changed on TeamSpeak? Right now, it has me under server group Guest.

Id also like to have my permissions and groups back. if anyone with server admin would be so kind.  ;D

Counts you may need to go to someone in HHC since I don't know what all permissions you should have.
