having problem moving this zip file,need help with this process.no problems with other mods

The TFAR zip?
You just need to double click the .exe file that is under 'teamspeak' (to properly install plugins into teamspeak) in the TFAR download and place the "@task_force_radio" in your arma 3 folder followed by the "task_force_radio" into your userconfig folder.

You can join the Teamspeak server and message someone in the games rooms to request access to the Patrol Ops server. You'll be able to test proper function at that point.

Or wait until you start recruit training and get your instructor to help you; that's what he's there for.
