TFAR and Push to Hear

I'm currently setting up and trying to get these mods right (PC noob), i cant run the game with TFAR and the push to hear in the 506th mod pack its says something about the user config on each one, i have both mods downloaded separately and on stand by just need help getting them to run.

You need to drop the userconfig folder in your arma 3 directory.

Ok, just to be clear.....you downloaded the 506th Pack and extracted the folder to the Arma 3 folder and then you opened the 506th Pack folder and moved the userconfig folder from inside the 506th Pack folder to inside the Arma 3 folder?
