TFAR & CBA_3 updates ?

I noticed that there have been  updates to TFAR http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=23616 and Community base addons 3 http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=18767, I was wondering if we are cleared to update to these latest versions or hold in place.

There will be a post in the Command Announcements thread authorizing updates.  You should never update any mods for official use until it's authorized by Command Staff.
