My taskforce doesn't show my 152 radio and my yelling whisper and such.  I can however talk on the radio and i can see long range radios.

Try reinstalling TFAR perhaps? It sounds like it might be corrupted if some parts are working and others are not.

i did i also re-installed my game and it worked for a bit and broke again

Make sure you got the right plugins in the right place, and have the correct userconfig in the correct folder.
