Track IR software?

I was wondering if ARMA 3 supported the Track IR software,my dad is interested in joining to be a pilot,I vouche,he's played flight sim and IL Sturmovick and the Pacific for 10 years now,he was just wondering if the game could possibly support the software

I use a controller, but I think I am literally the only one in the entire battalion that does. I use an application called Xpadder to bound my controller to keys on the keyboard so that I can play using ArmA.

It is not possible to get 100% of the controls on one controller, because ArmA has a lot of hotkeys. The best you can do is get all the manuever controls onto the controller, so that you can use it in combat.
