i know that it says its in the 506th folder but i cant find it or dont have it for some reason and thats all i need.

You should have a download link within your welcome message from a recruiter that will direct you to 506th Userconfig
506th Userconfig          : 11DEC19 : Download [ 3.2KB ]
This needs to be extracted to your Arma 3 game directory (where your Arma3_x64.exe file is located)
