Where are the mods?

Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough, but I cant seem to find out where the mods are either on the forum or in the email that was sent to me. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

View the message I sent you in the "My Messages" section in the header, and then you will see the links.

For some reason those links don't come through on the email notification.
