2 Frogfoot pilots + 2 Hind pilots + 1 Albatros pilot + 21 MBT crewmen + 15 BMP crewmen + 6 BTR crewmen + 3 Shilka crewmen ~700 Garrisoned Infantry (1 battalion) + ~350 Special Forces/Recon Infantry (2 companies) + ~1400 Motorized Infantry (2 battalions) + 6 Mortar gunners = around 2506 OPFOR KIAs.
Unless ArmA 3 counts their unit sizes differently or my knowledge is incorrect, that is just a ridiculous number.

I deliberately don't stream my Ares controlling so I don't give away my OPFOR tactics at use, however I will comment on this and let you in on a bit of insight:SGT Lyon said:Friend-of-the-Unit Kyle Lupien tallied this up for us and posted it in the comments of this TFA 07-17 footage, it's really illuminating:
Biggest blow to the enemy goes to First Lieutenant Barba of the 74th with his 2000 pound JDAM strike on the main compound, killing a majority of the garrisoned infantry aswell as a few officers and their SF entourage and leveling the entire building on top of their heads. This strike also destroyed the ICBMs and their launchers Task Force Alpha was set out to secure.
